Dr Andreas is a British-trained Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with over a decade of experience in Obstetrics and Fetal-Maternal Medicine from the UK. His expertise focuses on high-risk pregnancies and fetal diagnosis. He joins King’s following his recent role as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Consultant at Royal Bolton Hospital in Greater Manchester.
Dr Andreas completed his Specialist Training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the UK, acquiring CCT and MRCOG qualifications. He holds a Fetal Medicine Foundation Diploma from King’s College Hospital and a PhD from King’s College London and Manchester Metropolitan University, where he conducted pioneering research on screening for preeclampsia under the esteemed Professor Kypros Nicolaides.
Dr Andreas holds distinguished memberships with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the UK, the Fetal Medicine Foundation in the UK and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
His advanced skills in Obstetric ultrasound, fetal medicine and labour ward management are complimented by his contributions to several publications and presentations at both national and international conferences. Dr Andreas delivers the highest standard of care due to his unwavering commitment to advancing the field of maternal and fetal medicine.

- Management of high-risk pregnancies including multiple gestations, preterm deliveries, and pregnancies complicated by conditions like preeclampsia and gestational diabetes
- Fetal-maternal care and pre-conception counselling
- Comprehensive fetal assessments including ultrasound scans, nuchal translucency scans, anomaly scans, fetal growth and Doppler scans, fetal echocardiography
- Procedural expertise in chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and amniocentesis
- Management of cervical insufficiency and cervical cerclage
