Following up on the previous special edition episode of the King’s podcast highlighting Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, we are joined again by Dr Atif Alvi, Consultant Colorectal, Laparoscopic & General Surgeon at King’s, and his patient Ahmed, who was diagnosed with Bowel cancer a couple of months back. Today he shares his story, as well as why it’s important to get screened regardless if you are at risk or not, because it never occurred to him that he would ever develop colorectal cancer.
