The Medical department will be lead by the Chief Medical Officer who will be supported by Associate Chief Medical officers who will be practicing doctors and supporting the administrative activities of each of the four organizational pillars: Acute Care, Theatres and ITU, Women\u2019s and Pead\u2019s and Ambulatory. Our Clinics will be supported by a Clinical Director whose role will be to provide medical guidance to the clinic and who will work in tandem with the clinic manager and nursing manager.<\/p>\n
Our doctors will have a strong UK professional background, a high ethical baseline and with the priority of delivering the best standards of care tailored to the individual patient\u2019s needs. The hospital will serve a wide range of cultures and nationalities.\u00a0\u00a0 The model of healthcare delivery will be governed by UK norms exemplified by NICE, SIGN and CQC.<\/p>\n
The consultant posts may be suited to mature experts wishing to complete their career with a new challenge in a clement environment or to mid-career consultants seeking a career break from their NHS post. Middle grades may be suited to those seeking a break between core and specialty training, or more senior trainees before taking up a NHS consultant post.
