Pre diabetes


When someone has blood sugar levels which are above normal, but not high enough to be diabetic. It’s important for this to be diagnosed as early as possible as it is likely to develop into Type 2 diabetes if lifestyle changes aren’t made.


Symptons of diabetes include:

  • Excessive thirst
  • More frequent urination than normal
  • Fatigue (extreme tiredness)
  • Weight loss
  • Itching around the sex organs and/or frequent thrush
  • Slow healing of wounds
  • Blurred vision
