In addition, through the development and implementation of solid and accurate financial statements, controlling tools and KPIs she successfully reorganised the hospital’s administrative operations and processes, spearheading first class patient care. This paved the way for her move to the UAE, three years ago, where she joined Mediclinic Middle East and became the Administration Manager for Mediclinic City Hospital.
In her current role with King’s College Hospital London in the UAE, Charlotte aims to implement and maintain innovative, structured and streamlined processes throughout the organisation to support our state of the art medical practice and excellent patient experience.
