Dr. Emad Aziz Tawfik is a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 18 years of clinical experience, specialising in minimally invasive spine surgery, knee arthroscopy, and trauma management. He provides comprehensive orthopaedic and spinal care with a strong focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving long term function.
Dr. Emad has worked extensively across both government and private healthcare sectors in the UAE and Egypt. Prior to joining King’s, he held long term roles at multiple hospitals in the UAE, managing a wide range of complex orthopaedic and trauma cases. Alongside his clinical work, he has served as a clinical tutor at Gulf Medical College and continues to actively participate in international orthopaedic training programmes and symposia.
He obtained his primary medical degree (MBBCh) from Cairo University and completed his Master’s degree in Orthopaedic Surgery at Ain Shams University. Dr. Emad is a member of the Egyptian Orthopaedic Association and the International Group for Advancement in Spinal Science (IGASS). He has also undertaken advanced training in spine surgery, trauma, arthroplasty, and paediatric orthopaedics across Europe and the Middle East.
His clinical practice focuses on evidence-based treatment, minimally invasive techniques where appropriate, and personalised care plans tailored to each patient’s condition and lifestyle.
