Patient Portal

  • EMAIL INVITATION
    Within a day or two of your last clinic visit you will receive an e-mail invitation from Kings College Hospital ([email protected]) to register yourself. To accept the invitation, click the link provided in the email to get to the Kings College Hospital Patient Portal ‘Welcome’ page.
    Click the button with your name to enter the Verification page.

    This page has been created to secure your medical record information. Fill in the relevant details and click the ’Create Your Account’ button.

  • CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
    Fill in the details and click the ’Create Account’ button to log in to your new account with your Username and Password.

  • LOG IN
    Create a Username and Password to log in to your personalized Patient Portal account. Note that Username and Password are case sensitive.

  • PERSONAL PAGE
    Signing in takes you to your personal page and provides you access to your Health Record, Provider Messages, Appointments and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).

Terms of Use

The King’s College Hospital Patient Portal is offered to you by King’s College Hospital Medical and Research Center (‘King’s College Hospital’). Your use of the King’s College Hospital Patient Portal is governed by these terms of use (‘Terms’). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not establish or use a King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account. By using or accessing the King’s College Hospital Patient Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Creating and Accessing Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or married to establish a King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account. You may establish a King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account only if you are invited to do so. Following registration with the King’s College Hospital health facility, you will be offered the opportunity to register for the King’s College Hospital Patient Portal where an invitation with instructions on how to join will be sent out via email.

If you permit any other person to access your King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account using your username and password you will violate these Terms of Use… The security of your password and the use of your account is your responsibility. If you learn or suspect that your user name or password has been wrongfully used or disclosed, you should promptly notify us and immediately reset your password.
