Dr. Raied Hamoudi is an esteemed Consultant Gynaecologist and Endometriosis Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology across UK hospitals. Recognised as an advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgeon, he specialises in the management of benign gynaecological diseases and endometriosis. He is a BSGE Accredited Endometriosis Specialist and is accredited as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist by the General Medical Council (UK). He completed the recognised Obstetrics and Gynaecology training programme through the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) and undertook RCOG-accredited Advanced Training Skills Modules in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery for the Excision of Benign Disease, as well as Benign Gynaecological Surgery (Open, Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic) at the North West Deanery Hospitals, home to one of the largest tertiary endometriosis referral centres in the UK. He also completed a one-year Post-CCT Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at Manchester University Hospital, a tertiary referral centre licensed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) and accredited by the British Fertility Society (BFS).Dr. Hamoudi specialises in advanced robotic and laparoscopic surgery for deep infiltrating endometriosis—utilising nerve sparing techniques—including complex disease involving the bladder, bowel, diaphragm and areas outside the pelvis. He has extensive experience in managing complex pelvic adhesions, frozen pelvis, fibroids, adenomyosis and abnormal uterine bleeding, as well as advanced operative hysteroscopy. Committed to clinical leadership, education, and innovation, he serves as a committee member of the Research and Innovation subcommittee of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE). He is also a recognised trainer and faculty member for the joint RCOG/BSGE Minimal Invasive Gynaecological course and regularly facilitates international training courses to advance surgical education globally, focusing on improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based, and individualised care.
