Dr. Hermann graduated with the “Approbation als Arzt” from Freie Universitaet Berlin, Germany, where he also completed a Research doctorate ‘cum laude’. He received his recognition as “Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology” from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.
He graduated as Master in Advanced Ultrasound in Obstetrics/Gynaecology from Dubrovnik International University (DIU), Croatia, where he was later nominated as Associate Professor for Perinatology. He was the Executive Director of the Master Degree Course in Advanced Ultrasound in Obstetrics/Gynaecology in a well reputed hospital in Dubai, which was at that time Academic Teaching Hospital of Dubrovnik International University (DIU). He recently graduated as Master in Business and Administration (MBA) from Swiss Business School (SBS).
Dr. Hermann’s UAE work experience in the field of Fetal Medicine spans almost two decades, including several prominent hospitals and medical centres in Dubai. He has been a well-known speaker in numerous local and international scientific meetings and conferences. He is author and co-author of more than 30 peers reviewed publications and 15 book chapters about ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr. Hermann is a member of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ISUOG), member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Ultraschall in der Medizin (DEGUM), and Member of the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), and participates in their educational activities. He is also an Honorary Professor of Pirogov Russian Medical State University.
