Ms Carolyn Wielding is British-trained with almost 11 years of experience in Paediatric Nutrition. Her expertise includes managing complex nutritional issues in children who have neurological and renal conditions and long-term paediatric rehabilitation.
Carolyn began her career as a professional chef prior to transitioning into healthcare. She received a BSc Honours in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Glasgow Caledonian University. She completed several advanced professional courses, which contributed to her robust knowledge of nutrition and dietetics. Previously, she worked in Doha, Qatar where she specialised in nephrology.
Her role has expanded beyond clinical practice because of her dedication to the field of Paediatric Nutrition. She utilises her extensive knowledge in clinical audits, departmental training and vendor reviews.
Carolyn’s passion for paediatric growth and knowledge and her ability to thrive in challenging environments are commendable.
