Dr Awatif Alyousuf is a UK- and Ireland-trained otolaryngologist with nearly 18 years of experience and specialises in otology, rhinology, hearing loss, and anosmia issues.
Dr Alyousuf brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Otorhinolaryngology at the Imperial College London NHS Trust. Besides her clinical duties, she has shown a strong interest in academia, serving as a faculty member in the DO-HNS course (Diploma in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck) and the ST3 training programme. Her contributions include developing a departmental booklet for junior doctors at Imperial College London, demonstrating her commitment to clinical and educational excellence.
Dr Awatif’s educational background is impressive, having received her medical degree with honours from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). She has undergone extensive training in both Ireland and the UK, achieving her FRCS in Otolaryngology from RCSI, the European Board in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck, and a master’s degree in Surgical Innovation from Imperial College London. Her academic journey underpins her comprehensive understanding and expertise in the field.
