Dr Muhammad Owais Murtaza is a UK-trained Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and General Internal Medicine with nearly 19 years of experience, specialising in diabetes technology, obesity management, and thyroid disease management.
With a comprehensive NHS background, Dr Murtaza has served in various esteemed roles across the UK. His journey includes significant tenures at Oxford University Hospitals, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Royal Preston Hospital, and others, where he honed his expertise in managing complex diabetes and endocrine disorders. His leadership as a clinical lead for insulin pump service and his involvement in diabetes and endocrinology pregnancy services in North Wales testify to his dedication and skill.
Dr Murtaza’s educational journey is equally impressive. He completed his Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Internal Medicine training at the prestigious Oxford Deanery in 2015.
