Dr Rashmi Mugur Nagappa has joined King’s DHH as a Consultant in Family Medicine. Dr Rashmi comes to King’s with extensive experience of over 12 years of post-CCT experience – eight years in the UK and four years in the UAE.
In 2009, Dr Rashmi undertook her postgraduate training and obtained her MRCGP and CCT from the UK.She also earned Diploma (DRCOG) from the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and her MSc in Medical Leadership from Lancaster University. She has an active GMC license to practice in the UK, which enables her to stay abreast with the latest evidence-based medical practices.
Along with her clinical expertise, Dr Rashmi is always involved in quality improvement projects. She was the clinical lead for the Testbed project from HMR CCG in the UK and was the Chair of the Antibiotic Stewardship committee in her last role in the UAE.
