The King’s College Hospital Patient Portal is offered to you by King’s College Hospital Medical and Research Center (‘King’s College Hospital’). Your use of the King’s College Hospital Patient Portal is governed by these terms of use (‘Terms’). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not establish or use a King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account. By using or accessing the King’s College Hospital Patient Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Creating and Accessing Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or married to establish a King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account. You may establish a King’s College Hospital Patient Portal account only if you are invited to do so. Following registration with the King’s College Hospital health facility, you will be offered the opportunity to register for the King’s College Hospital Patient Portal where an invitation with instructions on how to join will be sent out via email.
