What are child developmental assessments?
Assessments involve a detailed evaluation of your child’s development including physical, language, intellect, social skills and emotional factors. Our team of doctors include pediatricians, speech and language specialists, audiologists, occupational therapists, child psychologists and physiotherapists.
During the assessment, we’ll ask you to answer some detailed questions about your child’s development, including interactions with their siblings and family, as well as their friends. The assessment may also include hearing and eye tests, play observation and a series of simple tasks to assess areas of strength and weakness.
